Cloud Wallet
The Cloud Wallet is an optional, backend-managed wallet mode. Your cloud wallet address is assigned and managed by the UIN platform. Withdrawals are queued for backend review before being executed on-chain.

How Withdrawals Work
Cloud Wallet withdrawals follow a review-then-execute workflow:
- You submit a withdrawal request with recipient address and amount
- The request is placed in Pending Review status
- The UIN backend reviews and approves or rejects the request
- Approved requests are processed on-chain and status changes to Approved
Withdrawal Statuses

| Pending Review | Request submitted, awaiting backend review |
| Processing | Approved and being broadcast to the blockchain |
| Approved | On-chain transaction confirmed |
| Rejected | Request was rejected by the backend |
Viewing Withdrawal Records
Tap Withdrawal Records on the Cloud Wallet screen to see all past and pending withdrawal requests.
Each withdrawal card shows:
- Requested amount (USDT)
- Recipient address (truncated)
- Status badge
- Network (TRON or Ethereum)
- Net transfer amount (after service fee)
- Service fee
Important Deposit Notice
Deposit Rules
When depositing to a Cloud Wallet address:
- On TRON: only send USDT-TRC20. Do not send TRX or other tokens.
- On Ethereum: only send USDT-ERC20. Do not send ETH or other tokens.
Sending unsupported tokens to a cloud wallet address may result in permanent loss of funds.
Switching to Local Wallet
You can switch back to Local Wallet mode at any time using the toggle at the top of the Assets screen. Your cloud wallet balance is not affected.
